Richmond has a two-day training and team-building event on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th November.

Training and Team-Building

On Tuesday and Wednesday 14th and 15th November 2023, Richmond will have the annual all-staff training event - ensuring that we continue to develop and invest in one another as team members. We will take the chance to pause and ensure alignment and effectiveness in supporting our customers, too.

We believe that 'Being an expert is a journey' and this is reflected in our training events - we never believe that the journey is over; there is always some room to keep moving forward and getting better!

There will be no despatch on Tuesday 14th and the office will be closed. On Wednesday there will be very limited despatch and limited phone availability.
