7th November 2019 Strategy Day: One-day Company Closure

Richmond’s annual Strategy Day is taking place on Thursday 7th November this year, and the company will be closed for the day.

Orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday 6th will be despatched the same day (dependant on stock). Orders placed after this time will be despatched on Friday 8th (dependant on stock).

Phone lines will close at 4.30pm on Wednesday 6th, and re-open at 7.30am on Friday 8th November.

The day itself involves the whole team, and is part of the drive for continuous improvement in the service we provide to our customers – every area of the business is scrutinised and everyone has an influence on our strategy for moving forward. We look forward to serving you better and better!
