Key Responsibilities:

• Making strategic decisions on couriers and maintaining excellent relationships with key couriers.
• Maintain suitable insurance for goods in transit and external stock locations.
• Liaising with IT and overseeing courier cost amortisation into financial control.
• Understand import routes, free trade agreements, duties and charges - ensuring paperwork is correct to avoid delays.

• Be able to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively, even under pressure.
• Recognise that logistics operates around the clock and be prepared to address urgent queries outside of regular office hours as needed.
