Airless Pumps

An airless pump is a dispensing system designed to deliver products without the intake of air. This type of pump is a key component of airless packaging technology, commonly used for skincare, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. The airless pump mechanism operates by using a vacuum or piston system rather than a traditional dip tube. When the pump is activated, it creates a vacuum effect that draws the product upwards and out of the nozzle, without allowing air to enter the container.

Airless pump systems are particularly favoured for their ability to maintain the quality and efficacy of formulations that are sensitive to air, such as vitamin C serums, retinol creams, and other products with active ingredients that can degrade when exposed to oxygen.
