Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow new business sales from new clients (prospects), either from incoming enquiries or proactive relationship building to solicit new enquiries.
  • Follow up the supporting team to ensure these opportunities flow through the process to receiving first PO, and then ensuring that the relationship is maintained.
  • Ensuring smooth hand-over of this relationship to Account Management team.

The successful candidate will...

  • Be both self-aware and easily able to understand the characteristics and motivating factors in other people's personalities.
  • Have relevant qualifications and B2B customer service experience.
  • Meet targets for phone calls and meetings, as well as opportunity/pipeline growth and closed deals.
  • Be effective in negotiation, influencing, and building relationships.
  • And able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and think strategically.
