Opening Hours - Christmas and New Year 2024/25

The team at Richmond would like to thank all of our loyal customers, suppliers and other stakeholders for their collaboration and support on so many great projects during 2024. We're looking forward to playing our supporting role for emerging and developing brands, even better in 2025!

We are looking forward to a few days of break at the end of the year, and we really hope you are too.

The following dates apply to Richmond's Christmas closure period this year:

Last day of dispatch: Friday 20th December*

Offices close: Monday 23rd December 5pm

Offices re-open: Thursday 2nd January 2024

First day of dispatch: Friday 3rd January 2024

*Thursday 19th is recommended to ensure 2024 delivery to UK locations. Dispatch can also be arranged on Monday 23rd, if you require this, please specifically request it and discuss with us, as we will need to ensure that couriers are operational and warehouses can accept deliveries.
