NEW PET Foam Bottle Range

When you're looking for a PET bottle for foam dispensing, the market can get tricky quickly, especially if your brand is looking for consistency and quality over a range of sizes (or materials). After studying them over years, we believe we've produced something to address the issues!

Factor 1: Stock Availability

Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference. Not being able to access stock of a product can cost brands dearly, so we have invested in offering these from stock in three sizes - 100ml, 150ml, and 200ml - and also in three material grades: virgin PET, 30% PCR (post-consumer recycled) PET and 100% PCR PET. Smoothing out stock patterns is a skill that requires continual honing!

Factor 2: Consistent Sizing

Having consistently-sized packs is a winner for simplicity, for measuring up to customer expectations, and therefore for great brand presentation. With this new range, you'll find:

Consistent diameters between these new PET packs and the existing HDPE range - so 200ml in PET exactly matches the 200ml in HDPE, etc
Consistent heights between PET and HDPE - so the new PET packs look as tall as possible, but also match up on the shelf, to ensure consistent size communication to the customer (they're not left checking the label to see if there is a slight difference in volume between the clear pack and the black one, for example!)
Consistent fill levels - so that a clear bottles looks as full as possible to the eye, while retaining the crucial air space which foam packs need to ensure proper mousse dispensing

Factor 3: The Right Quality

Quality is a highly important, tactile way of sending a message about your brand and your product. Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean 'gold-plated' - it just means 'the right quality level to set the customer's expectation where you want it to be'.

Picking up a foam bottle which is easily squeezed between your fingers might well convey a low-price-point product - and again, that's fine if that's what you're aiming for in the market. If you are looking for something mid-range or premium, you'll want a more rigid PET foam bottle that stands up well in the hand. This is just what these new bottles provide; a finely-balanced quality and weight of PET that doesn't feel ultra-heavyweight, but has favourable strength compared to other products available in the market today.
