Richmond's Quarter 4 2019 was well sprinkled with events to help us plan ahead, enhance our product ranges, and continually improve our service levels and delivery.

Richmond staff take Amazon FC Tour to learn about operational efficiencies

Amazon tour: on Thursday 7th November, we toured Amazon's fulfilment centre in Fife, learning about the efficiencies they have achieved and the cutting-edge thinking behind their warehousing systems. A highly informative day, while also providing great fun!

Celebration of successful 2019 Richmond servicing the Cosmetics Skincare Market

Achieving KPIs and targets: with 2019 being another successful year in serving the cosmetics and pharmaceutical packaging industry, there were many team KPIs and company targets to celebrate the achievement of, and this was marked in style with some fine snack trays being laid on by the company.

Celebrating one year in our current premises: our current office and distribution space allows much greater stockholding and continually improving customer service, and we couldn't help but have a look back at the year and remember the improvements that have been implemented since our move from the Hawbank Road address. The eating space here at Redwood Avenue was bedecked with banners and streamers and some party food to mark the occasion too!
